Taman Putra Impiana is deemed to be one of the more affordable landed residential development within the thriving hub of Puchong. Priced reasonably at RM240 psf, most lower-middle income group are able to afford a comfortable house here. The enclave is pretty isolated as it is located within the deep western end of Jalan Puchong, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
However, the area is largely isolated due to the many ex-mining ponds situated all around Taman Putra Impiana. Some people stated that it would have been much more comfortable and welcoming if the developer actually did some landscaping. As it stands, the ex-mining ponds are all over the place in plain view and some claim that they are eye sores.
