Besi, Mont’ Kiara, Off Jalan Ipoh, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur (KLCC area) and Port Dickson. These projects, worth more than 1.5 billion ringgit in total development value, are in advanced stages of planning and construction.
