Proven by the dynamic and aggressive attitude of the shareholders and management team, the company had also acquired again through internal fund another piece of land measuring 3.773 acres in Taman Mutiara Barat, Mukim Petaling, Wilayah Persekutuan through its associated company CTM Properties Development Sdn Bhd.
The company is constantly sourcing for potential land for future development and has ambitious plan to become a reputable developer to built quality homes to meet the increasing housing needs of the community.
