Green Target Group has been in the property development industry for well over 10 years since its incorporation in 2007, having successfully developed and delivered multiple projects within the residential, commercial and industrial segment. Our maiden project in Shah Alam called Greenhill Residence was a runaway success, having sold all 5 phases consisting of 222 units of luxury Semi-D with a total GDV of RM300 million. Our subsequent project in Semenyih named 228 Smart Industrial is a 61 unit industrial factories with a GDV of RM190 million was also fully sold. Mesahill, our third and highly successful project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is an integrated development offering serviced residences, a hotel block and also Nilai’s 1st lifestyle shopping mall with a total GDV of RM1 billion.
From there on we have also embarked on two other projects, one in Raub, Pahang called The Colonial with a GDV of RMxxx million. Another is Innocity situated in Pengerang, the southeastern region of Johor. Innocity will be our biggest township development to date with a total projected GDV of RM3 billion across 500 acres of prime land right in the heart of one of the fastest growing region in Malaysia.
