IWH is a government-linked company that was specifically incorporated to serve as the master developer of 4,000-acres of prime waterfront land in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Essentially, we have been entrusted of with the task of transforming Johor Bahru into a world-class new city and international Gateway to Malaysia. This massive development will be undertaken in phases over a 25-year period with a projected Gross Development Value of RM60 billion.
Our landbank is located within Flagship "A" of the Iskandar Malaysia growth corridor in the south of Malaysia with excellent road, air and sea connectivity and direct access via the Causeway to Singapore. This is one of the largest integrated urban development projects in Malaysia.
