Paramount's other well-known addresses in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia include the 173-acre Taman Patani Jaya and the 520-acre hilltop residential enclave of Bukit Banyan.

Paramount's maiden project in the Central region is Kemuning Utama, a 524.7-acre township development situated in the heart of the Shah Alam Corridor in Selangor. This township has seen significant appreciation in value over the years, giving rise to a strong following of Paramount brand loyalists. Construction

Paramount Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (PECSB) is a construction-based company with activities in civil engineering and building works, and is wholly owned by Paramount Corporation Berhad. Incorporated on 27 March 1991, PECSB was acquired by Paramount in 1996 and has since progressively expanded its portfolio and asset base to become a reputable construction company.

PECSB's established track record is proof of its commitment to be a long-term player in the construction industry with activities in civil engineering and building works. Over the years, PECSB has been awarded projects amounting to more than RM1.0 billion, leading to remarkable growth in terms of profitability.

PECSB initially concentrated on undertaking residential projects in the Northern Region of Malaysia, but over time, gradually diversified and expanded its business operations into other areas such as infrastructure, high-rises, schools and other public works in the Klang Valley, Pahang and Melaka.

The Company embraces Quality Management Systems as an integral part of its corporate culture to ensure that exacting standards are conscientiously practised. The company attained the MS ISO 9001:2000 certification and this has further enhanced the Company's efficiency and competitiveness. The stringent adherence to quality standards is yet another step towards realising PECSB's corporate vision to be a leading and innovative company within the construction industry.

PECSB holds a Grade G7 licence approved by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) – the highest grade of licence issued by CIDB – which permits the Company to undertake an unlimited amount of building works and specialised Civil Engineering projects.

PECSB also holds a PKK Class A licence, which permits the Company to tender for construction projects awarded by the government for unlimited contract amounts.

PECSB has established a solid and close relationship with its suppliers over the years through goodwill and its reputation in the construction industry. This ensures fast and consistent supply of building materials for all its construction projects. PECSB also has a ready pool of reliable and competent and sub-contractors.
