Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd (SDSB) is a FIABCI-winning developer with over 18 years of experience and a proud track record in property development.
In the 1980s, the company, then known as Sunshine Tractors, traded tractors and excavators. It rebranded itself as Suntrack when the company ventured into construction and property development in 2002. The name and logo holds a deep-rooted connection to our philosophy. Like the Sun, we strive to be reliable and rise each day with energy and passion. Track represents our journey, a path paved with the belief and trust of our customers.
Our sterling track record since 2002 has seen us deliver award-winning properties to some 1,291 families and companies. Suntrack won the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Award for Kanvas SOHO @ Cyberjaya in 2019. Suntrack is also a multiple winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards for Summerglades @ Cyberjaya, Suntrack Hub @ Bangi and more recently, for The Riyang @ Happy Garden. In addition, we have won awards at the prestigious Malaysian Landscape Architecture Awards for Summerglades @ Cyberjaya.
