Founded from deep roots as distinctive builders, Supreme Harmony Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1991 to provide for an upcoming property market demand for modern lifestyle and value for money products. It was a natural progression from their expertise in construction and the company wanted to take advantage of their core strengths in project planning and development to deliver homes that speak “Quality lifestyle and modern living”.
From then on the company successfully completed many projects in Klang, and subsequently ventured into Sepang – Kuala Langat, Dengkil and Cyberjaya, then a new area of interest for the Federal Government with maturing infrastructure that was ideal for property development.
Mega projects in Sepang by the government such as the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in 1997 and the new administrative Federal Territory of Putrajaya and Cyberjaya has fueled the company’s growth and continued focus to create modern lifestyle products that are value for money in that area.
Supreme Harmony aims to progress further into Sepang for many more years to come, as it is an area of sustainable growth and strong demand. With a 90% Malay dominant population in the area, the company specializes in Joint Venture development projects that create value not only for consumers but also landowners alike. Thus far, these J.V projects have successfully gained multi-fold returns for the many landowners there.
