YNH Property Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a private company on 18 Oct 2001 and subsequently listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 9 December 2003.
YNH Property Bhd has an established business history dating back to 1982. It controls an estimated 65-70% market share in the Manjung township - comprising the town of Sitiawan, Lumut and Sri Manjung, Perak. It has successfully sold approximately 99% of the total residential and commercial units launched for all the completed projects developed since 1987 until now.
