4. Is there a plot of vacant land nearby?
That would mean that there could be a highway built right across your balcony, or a 30 storey condo, a commercial centre or anything at all.
Do your homework some factors may cause depreciation to the value of your property.

7. If you would like to withdraw from your EPF…
