The KL North, the Northern frontiers of Kuala Lumpur are rising properties that are increasing in value every day and are worth investing in. The property value will increase more as the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) linework is in progress and will be completed soon within two years.
The SSP line is 52.2 km long and is the second line of the Klang Valley MRT project that’s to be developed. The population in these areas is said to touch 2 million people stretching from Sungai Buloh through Kuala Lumpur’s centre and its southern suburbs and running towards Putrajaya, the federal administrative centre.
Areas like Jinjang, Selayang, Kepong, Sentul and Jalan Kuching are covered under KL North. The SSP Line will have many stations there like Metro Prima, Kepong Sentral, Kepong Baru, Sri Delima, Jinjang, Kampung Batu, Jalan Ipoh, Kentonmen and Sentul West.
The operations of the phase one SSP Line from Sungai Buloh to the Kampung Batu Station is estimated to start working on July 2021, whereas Phase two- the other lines from The Kampung Batu Station to the Putrajaya Sentral station will start operating in July 2022.
