The developer is a very well established company with over 20 years of experience in the construction field so the building quality should be good. Needless to say, the location of Subang Parkhomes is superb as it is situated in the centre of Subang. Investors should not have to worry as the rental yield should be able to fetch a high price.
The disadvantages of Subang Parkhomes are its close proximity to the KTM train tracks, which may lead to some noise pollution problems, coupled with the fact that there are some high tension cable wire and a waste water treatment facility nearby. These drawbacks could be a put off for potential investors and residents.
